Please Note : Use BlackEnhanced setup which is given in the "Transparency effect" folder as this is a  Dark Theme. if you Do so , you will able to make your window Transparent.

IMPORTANT : This theme is originally made by 7 sinner  as Gear of War Redux (Creativx.net) ,  I only modify the menu and some resourses. Start button and System32.dll resourses are made by me...
